BirthFlower Project.

This project is a charcoal drawing of the birth flowers of myself and the women in my life, who inspire me and whom I love. ((:

Here is the start of it, after about two days of work. So far i have a daffodil, my birth flower for March, a Lily, for May..  I picked a water lily for my best friend of 10 years, Alley. And the start of my mom's birthflower.

This is my latest project, the picture quality is terrible, but that's Gilman's camera's fault. I took this after working on it for one class period. So, there's really nothing to critique yet... :p

The picture is dark, but you can kinda see where I started painting with acrylics, I'm really excited to keep working on this project it's the first time I've kept myself in the mood/mindset I had when I came up with this idea, I feel like since I'm interested in this project it's going to turn out well. Tomorrow I'll make sure the picture is better thn this, needs better lighting, haha.

Okay so not a much better picture, ha! But, it's coming along. i need to blend the sky a little more, it's kind of blotchy.

Added some color to the left of the mushroom, i'm going to blend from blue to green so the background isn't all the same.

blended my sky, it took a while so it doen't look like much progress as made. I started on the moon.. not even close to done on that, though.

the image quality gets worse everytime i know, i apoogize. haha, but i made a lot of progress in the last few days.. i like where its goin so far
